Do Steel Buildings Rust or are they Rust Resistant?

One of the best ways is to run yearly through checks on the all the metal building components if you have access to them.  You can simply sand down any problems spots and prime it with a rust resistant primer.  Since rust is a natural process there is no perfect way to prevent it, but with continued maintenance your building will continue to look brand new, year after year.
